Felicia Ng graduated from the Oxford Brookes University, UK. At age 21, she worked as shipping officer in a freight forwarding company and few years later joined a Japanese manufacturing company as purchasing executive. In 2013 , she ventured as an entrepreneur with Prudential Malaysia and within a short period of 5 months , she has achieved Nationwide TOP 5 Rookies Wealth Planner. On top of that , she qualified many of the company's oversea incentive trips to such as Los Angeles, Munich Germany ,  Portugal, London, Tokyo Japan, New York ,Seoul Korea, Beijing, Guangzhou, Taiwan and Danang Vietnam. Further to that , Felicia is the Co- Founder and Partner of JCA TRUE WEALTH BUILDER PLT ( Team JCA ) , a boutique medium sized financial planning and wealth distribution organization where the office is located in Puchong.

In her early years of practice, she has always emphasized on the importance of understanding client's objectives , priorities , wishes and their concerns. Because of this, Felicia has built a strong foundation of client's trust , relationship and indirectly helped Felicia to create Insurance Fund of more than RM 58 Millions to date . Presently her focus is on Will Writing, Family Legacy Planning and Estate Planning such as Family Trust Planning , Business Owner Succession Trust and Income Protection.
