Jacky Chong graduated as SPM qualification. He was born in a small town in Pahang called "Bentong". He is a father of 4 kids and  now live in Sunway SPK Damansara.

 He has been working as a casino croupier , restaurant waiter, and last job as a sub Contractor for TNB, this was his own business and manage for eight years. At that time his average income was RM 23 thousand per month.

He ventured as an entrepreneur with Prudential Malaysia in 2017 Aug and he has  achieved JCA Top Rookie in month of Sept & Oct. Top 5 Rookie KL & Selangor in Nov. 2019 he has achieved MDRT awards from USA that recognizes Top 2% world best performing Life Insurance Advisor. On top of that he qualified company’s oversea incentive trips to Bandung and Santorini (is one of the Cyclades islands in the Aegean Sea).
